most of all mothers knows made taho is so difficult,but the method is very simple,below we will made soya first in the beginning,so that everyone will understand how to made this simpley method.

materials should be provide

  1.soya beans 300g

          (market are sold cherper,choose non-gmo soybeans more better.)

         2. water around 3600c.c.

           (contains of 7 bottle mineral water small.)

         3. one pack of taho powder  43gains

           (choose good qualitys purity,no need more quantity,its taste delicious.)

equipment  

1. filter bag 1 pc             

2. cooking container A(use for soya milk)             

3. cooking container B

(use for made taho should be with cover,and should be contained for more than four liter of water. )  

(cooking container should be cleanliness or else it will not be sure to be successful)

4. a cooking gas stove            

method:

soak soybeans with more than 4 liter of clean water around four hours and then dry it.we don't use this water to grind.(soking soybeans is not depend on the time,it depends on the water temperature.)

(soking too long.the bean will be spoiled,not enough time you can't get enough thickness of bean protein.)

  

how do you know it's well soke? open the bean into two half,and observe it is flat not.if flating means the bean obsorbed enough water.or you have to wait longer time.

 

2. grind the clean soybean with 3.6 liter of bottled water(7 bottles)(remain 2/3 bottle of water)the other 6 1/3 water for made soya milk,use blender to put soybeans with water to grind it,then put inside the filter bag,and squeeze out the soya.

 

(with slower way until the soya almost out and then you can start to squeeze the bag or you're in a hurry you're going to break the bag.)

  

3. cooking soya should be well cooked with stir all the time

(Whan stiring.Do not reach to the container's bottom.)

   

(use 2/3 normal temperature bottled water to well mix the taho mix.before you pour it .you have to do it again.)

 

until it boilling with middle fire.Keep it boilling for five minutes.When it is boilling.Stop stiring.

4.when Soya well cooked,stop the fire,

  

pour it into the canter of the container with certain high ,which is with taho mix.(tips:pouring speed must be slow and getting speed it up and none stop all the way.)

 

       

 and put on a cover leave it still for 40minutes.(do not soke it or move it.)

taho will be done perfectly!open the cover for 40minutes you can start to eat hot taho or cool it down put it in the ref. to become a cold taho(you can eat it as a hot or cold desert.the hot taho is sticky the applier must put it in the cold water before you apply it.)
